Welcome to my Holistic Psychotherapy Practice, where I focus on the whole person mind, body, spirit, and emotion. I believe that all 4 areas need to be addressed to fully heal. It is through the combination of traditional "talk therapy" along with experiential and holistic approaches that enable my clients to go more deeply into their own healing process and eventual transformation. I combine various modalities such as Brainspotting and Mind-Body therapies that support the body's innate wisdom to heal itself.
With this approach, one is able to shift out of old patterning, self-limiting beliefs, attitudes, and habits that have been blocking them from living one's true authentic self. A holistic and integrative approach to therapy helps to accelerate one's healing by getting to the deeper core issues. With such therapies we are able to affect lasting and permanent change as we tap into the natural healing ability of the brain of the individual. We all have the potential to create optimal health for ourselves, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
I am known for my warm, gentle and approachable nature, which helps to create a nurturing healing space for people who wish to heal and make changes. My approaches have best assisted me on my own personal journey of healing, integration, and awakening as well.
